These robots are primarily crafted to meet stringent demands for rapid, precise removal, ensuring an exceptional appearance of both finished products and sprues. Featuring two types of arms-single stage and telescopic-the vertical strokes range from 600/800/1000/1200mm for single stage and 900/1000/1200/1400/1600mm for telescopic models. Powered by full AC servo motors, the robots operate on three axes for traverse/crosswise/main arm, and five axes for traverse/crosswise/vertical movements of both main arm and sub-arm. Achieve super high-speed take-out at an impressive 1.4 seconds and maintain a dry cycle time within just 5.6 seconds. Every linear movement is precisely controlled by servo-driven systems, working in harmony with the high-rigidity linear guide rail structure to ensure high precision and remarkable repeatability.
