Product Description Product DescriptionThe natural gas filter separator is a key equipment in natural gas processing and transportation systems, mainly used to remove solid particles (such as dust, rust residue), liquid water, hydrocarbon condensates, and other impurities from natural gas, ensuring the safe operation of downstream equipment (such as compressors, measuring instruments, pipelines, etc.) while meeting environmental and gas quality requirements.Working principle 1: Natural gas first enters the filter through the inlet, and the gas first collides with the support tube that supports the filter element (to avoid direct impact of airflow on the filter element, causing premature damage to the filter material). Larger solid-liquid particles are initially separated and settle to the bottom of the container under the action of gravity. Then the gas passes through the filter and coalescence filter element from the outside to the inside, solid particles are intercepted by the filter medium, and liquid particles gradually coalesce and grow on the inner surface of the filter element due to the coalescence function of the filter medium. Larger liquid droplets are separated by gravity settling;Working principle 2: In addition, a separation element is installed in the discharge chamber, which can effectively capture liquid droplets to prevent the outlet droplets from being carried, further improving the separation effect. The clean gas behind flows out of the filter separator. As the amount of gas passing through increases, particles deposited on the filter element will bow to the increase in pressure difference of the ignition filter.
