These eliminators are crafted from an array of standard cyclone pipes that induce a powerful spinning motion upon the gas inflow. This dynamic action forces liquid droplets to the pipe walls through formidable centrifugal forces.The coalesced liquid is expertly evacuated from the cyclone pipes via strategically placed slots, flowing into a specially designed separation chamber. From there, the accumulated liquid efficiently drains to the vessel sump through precision downpipes. The DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator offers an impressive enhancement in capacity per unit vessel diameter when compared to the conventional DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTMsystems, all while maintaining the exceptional droplet removal efficiency of a meticulously sized DynaVaneTM unit.To achieve peak performance and optimal removal efficiency, the DynaSpinTM may be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTM- mist eliminator, which serves as an adept coalescer, facilitating the formation of larger droplet particles. These larger droplets are then expertly extracted by the DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator.
