When inflated with compressed air, the keyed strips on the shaft surface bulge (increasing the shaft diameter). When deflated, the keyed strips on the shaft surface quickly retract (restoring the shaft diameter), thereby tensioning the core. Inflatable shafts are independently designed components and are available in lengths ranging from 1 to 6 inches, customized to customer needs. Its surface slats protrude when inflated with high-pressure air, and retract rapidly when deflated. The shaft is extremely convenient and quick to use. Users simply provide their own air source and control the air pressure within the 6-8 kg/cm2 range. To secure external components (such as a round paper tube), simply point the air gun at the nozzle on the tile air shaft to inflate. The tile will protrude and press against the external component. To release the paper tube for unloading, manually press the movable air core on the nozzle to deflate. The tile will retract, allowing the external component to be removed.The tile air shaft has a wide range of applications.
