Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionDISC SEPARATOR This disc separator is a three-phase liquid-solid disc separator equipped with a piston-type automatic slag discharge device. Drum inner diameters are available in 330 mm, 440 mm, 550 mm, 640 mm, 730 mm, and 785 mm, respectively. Its internal structure varies depending on the application industry, and the materials used also vary within each industry. DISC SEPARATOR STRUCTURAL FEATURES * This separator draws on the strengths of similar separators currently available domestically and internationally, primarily utilizing an internationally advanced belt drive structure. It features a compact and simple structure, stable and reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It also boasts high speed, a high separation factor, excellent separator performance, a large equivalent settling area, and high production capacity. * The DB structure utilizes a fully hydraulic automatic intermittent discharge drum mechanism, enabling automatic discharge without stopping the machine or feeding the material. The PLC control panel allows for adjustment of the discharge volume and interval between each separation, ensuring continuous production and addressing material parameter fluctuations, thus adapting to diverse material processing requirements. * The DBP structure utilizes a fully hydraulic automatic intermittent discharge drum mechanism combined with a nozzle-based continuous discharge mechanism, making it suitable for separating materials with high solids content, particularly proteins, algae, and fermentation broth cells. * All metal parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, meeting food hygiene and chemical corrosion protection requirements. * The liquid phase outlet of this machine is equipped with an onboard centripetal pump.
