Product Description Product overview an enhanced polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer powder produced by optimizing molecular group configuration and synthesis process, which is suitable for high fluidity, high strength mortar and concrete containing special cement. appearanceWhite to light pink powderbulk density 400-700kg/m3 Water content ≤5.0%20% liquid pH 20oC 7.0-9.0Chloride ion content≤ 0.05%Concrete gas content1.5-6.0%Scope of applicationPCE shows very good initial plasticizing speed, plasticizing effect, easy defoaming and long retention performance for mortar containing special cement.PCE and other external additives such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, early strength agent and so on have excellent matching. Thanks to the special molecular structure, it can properly reduce the amount of water reducer and retarder and maintain suitable workability, while obtaining excellent strength and cost performance.Recommended application:Grouting fluid mortar containing special cement;Flowable mortar containing special cement;Brush type fluid mortar containing special cement;Other fluid mortar or concrete applications containing specialty cement.
