Dissolve DB5700N in appropriate solvent (such as water) to prepare the required concentration 2. Dip rolling process: one dip and one pading 3. Dry or crosslink with 120 oC for 5 minutes 4. Control the adsorption capacity of DB5700N on the fabric from 1.0% to 4.0% o.w.f. (based on the fabric weight)Spray recipe:1. Dissolve DB5700N in appropriate solvent (such as water) to prepare the required concentration 2. Spray the solution onto the substrate 3. Dry or crosslink at 80 oC for 30 minutes (suitable for thermosensitive matrix) 4. Control the adsorption capacity o f DB5700N between 1.0% and 4.0% o.w.f Exhausting recipe: 1. For polyester DB5700N: 1.0~4.0%o.w.f. Bath ratio: 10~20:1Acid dyes need to be fixed before DB5700N treatment, otherwise it will affect the color fastness to rubbing Coating finishing, soft finishing and antistatic finishing are performed before DB5700N finishing 2.
