Product Description Low Curing Temperature, No VOC Environmentally Friendly MDF Powder CoatingsIntroductionMDF powder coating is a durable thermosetting coating finish that fully encapsulates the MDF board with excellent mechanical properties and chemical performance.MDF is medium density fiberboard (medium density fiberboard), medium density fiberboard is a board with a density in the range of 0.50 ~ 0.88g/cm3, which is made of plant fiber as raw material, applied with urea-formaldehyde resin or other synthetic resin, and pressed under heating and pressure conditions, and other suitable additives can also be added to improve sheet properties.Recommended Application:For MDF furniture and hardware finishes, such as commercial furniture, residential furniture, retail displays, office fit-outs, kitchen, and bath cabinets, etc.Advantages:1. There is no water consumption in the production process.2. The remaining powder coatings in the production process can be recycled.3. High-strength protective layer, not only high scratch resistance, and high wear resistance, but also high moisture resistance.4. The shape, color, and surface texture of MDF create infinite space for design.5. No volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde, Tianna water, stupid and heavy metals. The closed powder package greatly reduces the formaldehyde emission remaining in the MDF, and the bacteria are not easy to grow.6. The medium-density fiberboard is sterilized at high temperatures of 250oC, and at the same time, it can effectively remove the formaldehyde in the board and meet the EO environmental protection standard.7. The baking temperature of MDF powder coating is 120oC. Compared with the baking temperature of conventional powder, which is 200oC, the baking temperature is greatly reduced, which effectively achieves energy saving and emission reduction, and provides a more comfortable working environment for workshop staff.
