This product is a colorless, transparent liquid, a low-viscosity, linear, hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, which is polymerized from siloxane monomers and is an organic silicone material with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecule2. This product has the general properties of methyl silicone oil, but also has hydroxyl reactivity, which can be used to make some new materials or cross-linked elastomers (or membranes).It is the main base material for silicone-based materials such as building sealants/mold adhesives.It can also be used as a substitute for methyl silicone oil and is easier to emulsify.
