Max printing speed 200m/min, automatic register with video inspection monitor, automatic splicing at both unwind and rewind, whole machine PLC control with touch screen.Machine Features1. Programmable controller control the main motor(1Servo motor), rewinding and unwinding motor(here has 4 Servo motors), the speeding and decelerating synchronously to ensure the same linear speed and stable film tension of rewinding and unwinding traction during the printing process and auto roll-changing. Set the tension value of the rewinding and unwinding traction by adjusting the precision reducing valve, and make it closed loop controlling with potentiometer and Servo motor(here has 2 motors: in-feed unit and out-feed unit). The advantage of the swing arm is that it can buffer the fluctuation of the film tension and ensure the registration accurate.2.
