Product DescriptionProduct Description Rotor: the core component, consisting of main shaft and several wear-resistant alloy teeth, responsible for material crushing and granulation. Cylinder: lined with wear-resistant steel plate or polymer material to prevent sticking. Transmission system: motor + gearbox drive, speed adjustable, usually at 20-50r/min. Frame and outlet: play the role of supporting structure and particle collection device. Supporting system (optional): including belt conveyor, dryer, cooler, sifter etc.Principle of operation Feeding and mixing: the fermented organic materials (water content of about 20%-40%) enter the granulator through the conveying equipment. Role of churning teeth: The high-speed rotating churning teeth group will shear and squeeze the material, and repeatedly roll in the cylinder, so that the material is gradually agglomerated into small particles under the action of mechanical force and friction. Particle moulding: the material is constantly compacted under the extrusion of the churning teeth and the cylinder wall, forming uniform cylindrical or spherical particles, usually with a diameter of 2-8mm. Discharging and sieving: the moulded granules are discharged through the discharge port, and the unformed powder is returned to be granulated again.Equipment features Efficient granulation: the design of churning teeth forces granulation, the granulation rate can reach more than 90%, with high particle strength and low pulverisation rate, which can effectively reduce the material loss and improve the granulation output.Strong adaptability: it can deal with organic materials with high viscosity, such as decomposed manure, etc. The moisture requirement of raw materials is broader, generally between 20% and 40% can be better for granulation.Low energy consumption: compared with disc granulation or rotary drum granulation, power consumption is lower, saving energy.Compact structure: small footprint, suitable for small and medium-sized organic fertiliser production line.
