Product Description Product DescriptionCorn Maize Grain storage bin silo flat bottom silos (also called wheat flat bottom bins, flat bins) are commonly selected steel silos or steel bins to storage bulk grains and other materials. Large volume storage is its typical feature, the storage volume of this type grain storage silo ranges from 39 m3 to 29726 m3. These grain bins are erected on flat or conical concrete foundations for long-term storage of large quantities of grain, seeds, pellets and granular products, etc. All our flat silos or flat bins are designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with D-4097 or ASTM D-3299 standards.The grain flat bottom bins are made of high quality 275g/m2, 300g/m2, 350g/m2 hot-dip galvanized steel plates which are rolled into corrugation and made into standard connecting holes. The vertical friction is support by the steel silo stiffeners which are evenly vertically applied in the silos. The connecting screw bolts are served with round galvanized steel washers, the connecting holes are served with age-resistant and water-proof daub belts that are for aviation special purpose.These plates and stiffenersare connected by high-strength screw bolts to keep the flat silo strong and durable. The flat bottom silos are equipped with flat repairing doors, outside ladder and ladder guard rings. Silo RoofGrain storage silo roof is to ventilate, protect from rain and wind, and resist wind and snow. The angle of the silo roof is mainly 25° and 30°, and the angle of the silo roof can be customized according to different needs. The silo roof cover is generally made of 1.0 thick galvanized sheet.Our company's cover plate has better sealing and compression resistance. The silo roof cover is equipped with manholes, natural ventilation windows and induced draft fan ports, which can meet the requirements of different functions.2. Silo BodyThe assembled steel plate silo is made of high quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressed into wavy shape byspecial equipment and made into standard connecting hole, which is connected by high strength bolt. The thickness distribution of silo plate is set according to strength theory, so that the pressure of silo plate is uniform and consistent. The vertical friction force is borne by the reinforcement which is uniformly distributed in the vertical direction of the silo.The section shape of the reinforcement is Z-shaped column.
