Its working principle is that through the continuous rotation of the screw shaft, the screw is driven to move forward according to the reduction of the lead or the gradual increase of the diameter of the root circle. During this process, the volume of the pressing chamber space is continuously reduced, thereby producing a squeezing effect. The squeezed oil is squeezed out from the gap of the squeeze cage, while the residue is pressed into crumb-shaped cakes and continuously discharged from the end of the squeeze shaft. The oil extraction process of the screw oil press can be divided into three stages, namely the feeding (pre-pressing) section, the main pressing (oil extraction) section, and the cake forming (heavy pressure oil draining) section.2.The screw oil press is mainly composed of five major components: automatic control part, heating and pressing part, adjustment part, transmission part and vacuum oil filter.3.The automatic control system includes air switches, AC contactors, temperature controllers and automatic circuit protection devices; the heating and pressing part consists of heaters, press screws and press bars, and machine body assembly; the transmission part consists of main shaft and reduction box, pulleys, motor wheels, etc. It consists of; the adjustment part is composed of adjusting screw, adjusting nut, sub-handle, locking nut, etc.; the vacuum oil filter part is composed of vacuum pump, oil filter barrel pipeline and other components.4.The processed oil enters the pressing chamber from the hopper, and the power is transmitted to the main shaft after deceleration. The pressing screw mounted on the main shaft rotates accordingly, continuously pushing the oil between the threads forward. As the space between the pressing chamber and the screw of the screw oil press gradually shrinks, the density of the oil increases and the pressure gradually increases. During the pressing process of the screw oil press, friction occurs between oil particles and between oil and parts, which generates heat. These two major factors, heat and pressure, work together to destroy the tissue cells of the oil, causing the oil to overflow from the oil line, and the cake to be pushed out from between the cake outlet and the cake outlet. When the spilled oil flows into the upper side of the oil filter barrel through the oil pan, the vacuum pump draws out the air in the barrel, forming a negative pressure, so that the oil is drawn into the barrel through the filter cloth, while the oil residue is isolated on the upper side of the filter cloth, resulting in pure oil.5.During the installation process of the screw oil press, it is necessary to leave enough space around it for the staff to operate. First, adjust the four anchor bolts under the machine base so that the machine is in a horizontal position, and then adjust the oil filter barrel to a horizontal state. After the machine is installed, a 0.5-1m deep ground wire needs to be placed 3-5m away from the machine before it can work.
