Preheat before each oil extraction. The preheating temperature is 50 -70 degrees in summer and autumn, and 70 -90 degrees in winter and spring. The preheating system is automatically controlled without turning off the temperature control switch.2. Hold the handle of the top plate and open it completely: the top plate is 180 degrees from the working position, pad the bottom of the press, and lower the piston in place for later use.3. Run the machine idle for 1-2 times before each oil press. If the hydraulic oil thickens in winter and spring, run it idle for 5-10 minutes to make the oil dilute and easy to operate.4. Drain the fried oil into the oil fume and put it into the press.5. Pad the upper end of the oil press, put the shelf on the upper end of the press and push it into the press. If there is little oil, the oil can be raised when the machine is started, so that the oil can be kept on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper section of the press; Otherwise, it can't meet the top plate, lift the handle of the manual valve and start pressing.6. This hydraulic press must be operated by a special person, and the main machine is not allowed to leave people during the boosting process. When the pressure gauge reaches 55 MPa, the main motor stops working, otherwise the power supply should be turned off immediately, and the pressure gauge should be checked for damage, failure and AC contactor. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately, and then it should be turned on for use.7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system will stop automatically. When the pressure of the press has dropped to 45 MPa, the electrical control system will start automatically. The pressure of the pressure gauge will rise again, and there is no oil leaking from the oil outlet of the press, indicating that the oil has been squeezed out.8. Turn on the machine, hold the handle of the manual valve and press the valve core of the manual valve, so that the press is lowered to 10mm below the top, lift the handle of the manual valve and open the top plate.9. Turn off the machine, the oil cake rises, and the piston top plate is about 5 mm higher than the upper end face of the press. Turn off the machine, take down the shelf plate and the upper cushion, and take out the oil.10. Press the handle, the piston descends, and prepare for the second press.
