Product Description Product DescriptionThe 5XFZ-1.5 small type combined sorter mainly integrates a vertical wind sorter, vibration screener, and gravity selection multifunctional machine. Based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the seeds, it adjusts the speed of the airflow in the wind sorter according to the different critical velocities of the material and light impurities. The lighter impurities are sucked into the dust collector for centralized discharge, and the better materials enter the vibration screen sizer after passing through the wind sorter. The vibrating screener is determined according to the geometric size characteristics of the seeds. Depending on the type and variety of seeds, different aperture sizes of sieve can be selected to discharge large impurities, small impurities, and selected products separately from the material (supporting products for two-layer and multi-layer screen boxes can be provided, and the cleaning and grading functions can be completed in one time). After wind sorting and screen sizing, the material enters the positive-pressure gravity table to remove impurities with lighter bulk density such as chaff, sprouts, insect infested particles, and moldy particles from the material.
