Product Description Product DescriptionThe 5XZC series air screen seed cleaning machine is a basic seed processing equipment combining air screen and sorting.The air screen cleaning system function of the machine is mainly completed by vertical air screen. According to the critical speed of grain and impurities, through adjusting the speed of airflow, the purpose of separation can be achieved, and the lighter impurities are collected by the dust remover, and the grain or seeds passes through the air screen and enters the vibration sieve.The vibrating screen can be designed according to the requirements: two-layer three-layer or four-layer sieve structure, which can remove big impurities and small impurities at the same time, and classify the grain or seeds into big, medium and small grains and discharge them from different outlets.The sorting principle of the vibrating screen is determined according to the size of the material. The types and varieties of the grain are different, and the sizes are also different.
