The material brought in to the marking unit first, there are four groups of character boxes, the Marking unit will mark the right characters according to the program if necessary. Then punching operation can be applied from the 2 sides of Punching Heads. There are three different diameters of punching heads processed automatically according to the program. After punching, the work piece can be cut by Cutting Unit, and unload by outfeed conveyors.Materials' lengths which are fed through machine are measured by optical recognition devices placed on machine.The main process as follows; The angle will be loading on the infeed conveyors.The carriage can move the angle forward and back on the infeeding or outfeeding direction.After materials are positioned,Hydraulic clamps fall and hold materials.The Marking unit has 4 groups of Character Boxes, it will mark automatically.The left or right side Punching head can move up and down according to the program value.The Punching unit has 3 different punching heads in left and right side, it will punch automatically.After the hole is proceed, upper hydraulic clamps are opened and the materials is positioned to the next punching coordinates again. All these operations are repeated for the whole length of the materials.If necessary the cutting unit will cut the angle to right length automatically.Feature1.
