According to the IBC tank production requirement, we use the automatic valve feeding and hot melting method to install the valve to the tank. Through the visual identity leakage testing and second time pressure difference detection, you can check if the inner tank is qualified or not. And make sure the unqualified product will not enter into the line. Use mechanical arm to pick up the inner tank and put it into the complete frame. It will enter into the rotary table. The operator will do the manual pull rod and cover assembly. Finally the product will enter into the stacking station. Then the whole detection process will be completed.
