Product Description Disposable Syringe Production Line Product Description The syringe production line follows a rigorous and precise process, going through multiple core procedures to ensure products meet medical safety standards. The main process is introduced as follows:First is the raw material pretreatment link. The production line uses medical-grade polypropylene particles as raw materials. These particles are transported to a dryer via a vacuum feeding system, where they are dried at 80-90oC for 2-3 hours to remove moisture. This step prevents air bubbles from forming during subsequent molding. After drying, the raw materials are heated and melted in a screw extruder at a controlled temperature of 180-220oC, forming a uniform melt.Next comes the core molding stage, which includes barrel and plunger manufacturing. The barrel is produced using an injection molding process. The molten polypropylene melt is injected into a precision mold, cooled for shaping, and then automatically taken out by a robotic arm. Meanwhile, a lubricating coating is sprayed on the inner wall of the barrel to ensure smooth plunger movement. The plunger is made through extrusion molding, cut into specified lengths by a cutting device, and then undergoes injection molding for its head sealing structure.Then is the assembly and integration process. The automatic assembly line accurately assembles the barrel, plunger, and rubber piston, with pressure testing to ensure sealing performance. After that, the assembled syringes are conveyed to the needle installation station. A mechanical claw grabs medical stainless steel needles and connects them firmly to the barrels using ultrasonic welding technology. The welding strength must meet the standard of over 50N per square centimeter.Finally, the inspection and packaging process takes place. First, a visual inspection system checks the syringe appearance to remove products with scratches or deformation. Then a tightness test is conducted: syringes are filled with water and pressurized to check for leaks. Qualified products are automatically cleaned, dried, and sent to the sterile packaging workshop for ethylene oxide sterilization. Finally, they are sealed into individual packaging bags, completing the entire production process.
