Product Description HPGFL-6000-325# Pipe flange automatic welding production line I. Application of equipmentThe equipment is suitable for automatic welding of straight pipe and flange, with flange group, spot welding function, external welding, internal welding two sets of welding equipment with welding to improve efficiency.II. Adapt to the scope of the workpiece and the requirements for the workpiece:1. Workpiece specifications: (Detailed parameters are subject to the drawings)(1) Pipe diameter: 108-327mm.(1) Pipe wall thickness: 3.5-10mm.(3) Tube length: 4000-6000mm.(4) Flange thickness: 12-35mm.(5) Flange diameter: 220-650mm.(6) Workpiece weight: ≤ 600kg.(7) Workpiece material: Q345.2. Workpiece requirements:(1) Welding seam assembly gap (weld seam gap):<1mm.(2) Flange and pipe fit clearance: 0.2-1.8mm(3) The material edge requires standard symmetry, with no or minimal burrs.(4) Before welding, the surface should be free of oil stains, rust layers, coatings, and other surface attachments.(5) Welding protection gas uses a mixture of 8:2 gas.(6) If there are obstacles to the welding gun and equipment caused by the rotation of the workpiece, it cannot be welded.III.Equipment manufacturing concept:1. Design structure:External welding special machine structure: This special machine is similar to a lathe structure, consisting of a bed body, a bed head, a chuck, a bed head propulsion mechanism, a bracket, a gun feeding and returning device, a welding gun two-dimensional manual fine-tuning mechanism, a control cabinet, and a welding power supply.Bed: The appearance of the bed of this special machine is similar to that of a lathe, with a structure of welded steel plates and profiles. The large components are assembled into machine tool machined connecting surfaces and bolted together. The key parts of the bed are annealed to relieve stress, which improves the surface quality of the structural components, eliminates welding stress, and prevents deformation of the bed from affecting welding quality. The bed is equipped with sliding plate type track rails, which are processed from 45 # steel plate after quenching and tempering treatment.Bedhead: The head and tail double bed structure is installed on the left and right rails of the bed. The workpiece rotation and welding are driven by the spindle of the bed head. The transmission method is that the servo motor is reduced by a turbine reducer to drive the spindle to rotate smoothly, and the speed is infinitely adjustable. There is a proximity sensor inside the headboard box that can detect the origin, return to rotation, and count functions. The spindle is equipped with conductive copper rings, copper brushes, and fixed bracket terminals for welding machine grounding. The copper brush of the equipment's conductive ring is a high current special purple copper brush, which replaces the traditional copper carbon brush and increases its service life by more than 5 times. The bedside output flange is equipped with a pneumatic positioning cylinder to increase the accuracy of origin positioningBedhead propulsion mechanism: installed between the headboard and the bed, used for double headboard pneumatic propulsion clamping flanges and pipes. Adjustable left and right movement to adapt to the length of the workpiece, and equipped with a locking device. Composed of cylinders, linear square rails, sliders, frames, etc.Gun feeding and returning mechanism: The head and tail of the bed are equipped with pneumatic gun feeding and returning devices for easy cleaning of upper and lower workpieces and gun heads.Two dimensional manual fine adjustment mechanism: The gun lifting and dropping device is equipped with a two-dimensional manual fine adjustment and welding gun clamping device, which is used for adjusting the welding gun left and right and up and down, making it easy to align with the weld seam.Pneumatic bracket: The bracket is an auxiliary roller bracket. When loading, the workpiece is placed on the bracket, and then the bed head is clamped by the exhaust gas. When unloading, the workpiece can be held to prevent it from falling directly onto the bed.Control cabinet: The control system is based on Taiwan Yonghong PLC, with Omron brand intermediate relays, Yonghong touch screen human-machine interface, Omron switch power supply, and other electrical appliances from Taiwan or well-known domestic brands.External welding power supply: 2 sets of Aotai 500 # double pulse automatic welding dedicated welding power supplies (4 sets in total). Roller frame: It is a 2-ton fixed roller frame, each set of roller frames has 2 rollers, driven by dual motors. The equipment consists of 2 sets of roller frames, which are installed on the left and right sides of the bed respectively. The roller is made of steel wheel structure with a polyurethane surface, which is durable and long-lasting. The operation of the roller frame is driven by a stepper motor, and the roller is rotated after being reduced by a worm gear reducer. Two sets of roller frames rotate synchronously to increase stability.
