The main processes of the CTP assembly line Gluing StationAt this station, the water cooling plates need to be glued so that the battery modules will be fixed well into it. Cell Processing Station and Stacking StationThe cell will be grasped onto the conveying belt to do the OCV test that can scan and detect the voltage and inner resistance of cells. When the cell meet the requirement of OCV test, which will be applied strip glue and transferred to the stacking station while the NG cell to the NG station. Insulation Station and Pole Addressing Station At insulation station, the modules need to be insulated in advance in order to keep safety of operators. When the modules are transferred to pole addressing station through AGV car, the camera on the machine will take photos of accurate position of each pole and then provides position data to the welding station for precise welding. Manual Station 1 At manual station, two workers should put busbars onto the whole module for laser welding at the next CCS welding station. CCS Welding Station The modules with busbars put on the top at the manual station before will be welded at CCS welding station with the data we got from pole addressing station. Manual Station 2At manual station, two workers should put busbars onto the whole module for laser welding at the next CCS welding station. FPC Welding StationFirst, the jacking cylinder is jacked up so that the camera will shoot the mark points to guarantee the position of each pole; Second, the cylinder is pressed down so that the indenter presses the FPC.
