The worktable and frame are of welded steel structure, which can withstand internal stress through artificial aging to ensure long-term high accuracy of machine tool processing. The horizontal and vertical positioning cylinders are located on the worktable plane for clamping and positioning the workpiece.2.Horizontal movement axis-X is driven by servo motors, gear and rack, as well linear guide pair. The maximum speed of X-axis can reach 10m/min, and the maximum speed of other CNC axes can reach 8m/min.3.Vertical movement axis-Y is driven by servo motors, gear and rack, as well linear guide pair. 4.The workpiece is placed within the machining range of the machine tool with a long and wide bearing plane, without tool adjustment.5.The electrical control system of this machine adopts China's "KND CNC" system, and the whole processing process adopts CNC automatic control.
