Space Required: 32*10 mMachine list of the whole line No. Machine NameQ'tyST1Sealing support production line1 setST2Clinching hinge plate (L,R) with frame reinforcement (L,R)1 setST3Corner clinching (frame reinforcement L,R with upper front reinforcement) toget a U-shaped frame reinforcement1 setST4Clinch of bracket spray arm on side-back-side flat and U-bending of side-back-side flat1 setST5Clinch of bracket spray arm on uppercover1 setST6Adhesive sealant dispensing on upper cover and bottom1 setST7Mechanical roll seaming: bottom/upperpart with side-back-side1 setST8Clinching sealing support with Tub1 setST9Clinching frame reinforcement with Tub1 setST10Tub bitumen oven line1 setMachine DetailsST1: Sealing support production line1. The equipment consists of a feeder, a rolling mill, a cutting device, a bending device and a base, all of which are installed on the base. 2.The cutting device is driven by a cylinder and can move as a whole. 3. Bending device: It is divided into two symmetrical bending machines, which work together to complete the U-shaped bending of parts. 4. Flattening device: Installed at the entrance of the rolling mill, with a total of 5 pairs of leveling wheels to complete the leveling of the sheet metal. ST2: Clinching hinge plate (L,R) with frame reinforcement (L,R)1.Use rivet-free clinching technology to achieve material joining. Use C-shaped clinching pliers, and use gas-liquid booster cylinder as clinching power.2.A digital pressure sensor is also designed to feedback the pressure value in real time, which is convenient for manual adjustment of output pressure.3.A material box made of stainless steel is placed on the operating surface, which can store no less than 100 pieces of hinge plate materials. ST3: Corner clinching (frame reinforcement L&R with upper front reinforcement) to get a U-shaped frame reinforcement 1.The clamping mechanism is driven downward by a cylinder, and the positioning mechanism is driven forward and backward by a cylinder or servo motor. 2.The left, right and rear sides of the equipment are designed with aluminum profile + mesh or acrylic protection structure, and an alarm needs to be displayed on the HMI when the maintenance door is opened. ST4: Clinch of bracket spray arm on side-back-side flat and U-bending of side-back-side flat 1.The main body of the equipment is a frame structure, which consists of clinching station, bending station, manual material handling stations, etc. The side-back-side part is transported between two stations using abelt line or a robot. 2.The clinching station consists of upper and lower clinching pilers, gas-liquid booster cylinder, clinching punchand die, profiling positioning tooling, etc. 3.The pressing mechanism is driven downward by a cylinder to bend the side-back-side plate downward. ST5: Clinch of bracket spray arm on upper cover1.Manual operation instructions: After placing two parts (upper cover and bracket) manually, start the equipment to perform clinching. 2.Use rivet-free clinching technology to achieve material joining.  3.The equipment operation surface is designed with an optical grating. 4.An HMI is designed to facilitate manual operation.    ST6: Adhesive sealant dispensing on upper cover and bottom 1.The main body of the equipment is a frame structure, which consists of a transverse movement module, an adhesive sealant dispensing station, an inspection station, and an unloading station, etc. 2.The adhesive sealant dispensing station consists of an adhesive sealant injection machine, a robot, a positioning mechanism, a clamping mechanism, etc. 3.One adhesive sealant injection machine supplies sealant to two separate stations.ST7: Mechanical roll seaming: bottom/upper cover with side-back-side 1.After placing 3 parts (bottom, upper cover, side-back-side) manually, start the equipment, the equipment will automatically position and start roll seaming, and automatically eject the product after completion.2.The roll-seaming mechanism is installed on the movable support plates on both sides. The support plates are installed on the slider + guide rail, and are driven by the servo motor to move left and right.ST8: Clinching sealing support with Tub  1.Two servo motors are used on each side to drive two clinching pliers to move lin early to complete all point clinching in sequence. The equipment cycle time must be<25 S/p. 2.Use profiling positioning to locate the sealing support part and use cylinders to press tight on three sides. 3.On the left and right sides of the upper section, cylinders are used to drive the pressing mechanism to press down and press the tub onto the profiling blocks. ST9: Clinching frame reinforcement with Tub 1.Use rivet-free clinching technology to achieve material joining. Use C-shaped clinching pliers, and use gas-liquid booster cylinder as clinching power.2.An oil spraying device is designed for the clinching punch and die.3.Use profiling to locate the reinforcement frame part, and use positioning pins for accurate positioning.4.A separate air storage tank is required to stabilize the air pressure.ST10: Tub bitumen oven line 1.paste the bitumen on the tub surface, manually put the tub on the baking plate chain line, and after heating, manually take out the tub and manually smooth the bitumen on the tub surface. 2.The baking plate chain line is driven by a common motor with adjustable speed. An anti-scratch pad is installed on the plate chain line to avoid scratching the tub. 3.The bitumen is heated by heating tubes, and the number of heating tubes needs to meet the overall cycle requirements.
