Product Description PVC profile production line equipment is a complete set of automated production equipment used to process PVC (polyvinyl chloride) raw materials into various profiles (such as door and window profiles, decorative profiles, pipes, etc.). Its core function is to heat and melt PVC resin mixed with additives through an extrusion molding process, then shape it through molds, cool and set it, and finally cut it into profiles of the required length. PVC profile making machine mainly composed by Conical Twin Screw Extruder, Cooling Table, Hauling Machine, Cutting Machine, Stacker. With different mould, it can produce various UPVC profile, such as: PVC window door profile, PVC wall panel, PVC window sill board, cabinet door board, curtain box, PVC trucking, cable duct, PVC skirting, PVC protection corner and so on. And by changing screw barrel and mould, it can also produce PVC based WPC products, such as: WPC wall panel, WPC window.Features:1-Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 60-700 kg/hour.2-With different molds, it can products different kinds of profiles.3-The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique.
