Product Description 1. Brief Introduction Packaging: wooden cases (the oven will not be packed in the wooden case) Container: 40ft container for the whole line. Spare parts will be sent along with the machines. Voltage/frequency: 380V, 50Hz (if the voltage/frequency of your country is different, we can change it according to your requirment.) Workers required: 1-3 persons2. Equipmet Functions & Features2.1 Mixer Functions: Mixer makes the raw material which adding water and liquid chemical additive fully mixed equally. the machine mixes the flour and prepares them ready to be used in the next step. Features: 1. Surface which touches mixer and raw material adopt stainless steel;the mixer is easy to operate it. 2.The discharge hole adopts the new handle-opened design, good seal and avoids leaking the materialMaterials: Full SS only except framework where the material can touch.2.2 Screw conveyer Function: Screw conveyor can not only convey on the level but also by any angel these materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller without leaking, dust pollution; meanwhile it can send the self-mixer to the feeding machine or the conditioner and directly send the discharge hole of the inflating extruder Features: 1.This part that contacts material adopts the stainless steel material and advanced surface spraying .It avoids the material pollution and equipment cohering 2.This series screw conveyor adopts the frequency speed controlling technology,It can make material conveyed evenly and stably. 3.we can adjust the high of the conveyer to meet our require for extruder feeding system.2.3 Extruder Main Features: 1.The main extruder motor,cutting motor adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.we can adjust the motor speec according to our require easily,And it have earth leakage protection,so it can meet human safe level. 2. The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft, durable usage, high pressure, the screw life is longer. The screw adopt 38CrMnAl.the screw can used long time. 3. This extruder have forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee the equipment gear transmission and cooling the bearing,so it can make the machine run long time.On the machine left side,we install a oil pressure gauge,evryday we plan to start the machine,we must see oil pressure gauge,as along as it can work well,we can click the main motor button to run the extruder machine. 4. Auto-temperature control system make the temperature controlling more direct viewing and the parameter more precise.we can adjust the different temperature to meet different products require.And it can save electricity. 5. This extruder have Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.as long as we tear down the mould loacte,we run the main motor few minutes with feeding dry material,the twin scew can self cleaning.No need to take out the twin screw to clean it. 6.According to different screw design rate to Full different technology request. This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations.
