Cells meeting the stringent requirements are precisely strip-glued and meticulously transferred to the Stacking Station, while NG cells are efficiently rerouted to the NG station.Insulation Station and Pole Addressing StationAt the Insulation Station, modules are pre-emptively insulated to ensure the utmost safety for operators. When modules transition to the Pole Addressing Station via AGV, high-precision cameras capture detailed images of each pole's position, providing critical data for pinpoint-accurate welding at subsequent stations. Manual Station 1 At Manual Station 1, skilled workers meticulously place busbars onto the module, preparing it for precise laser welding at the subsequent CCS Welding Station.CCS Welding Station At the CCS Welding Station, modules with pre-placed busbars undergo precision welding, utilizing accurate position data from the Pole Addressing Station to ensure flawless connections.Manual Station 2At Manual Station 2, experienced workers carefully position busbars onto the full module, ensuring readiness for meticulous laser welding at the following CCS Welding Station.FPC Welding StationThe FPC Welding Station initiates with the jacking cylinder lifting for camera precision marking, followed by cylinder pressing for FPC indenting.
