Product Description Product Description MBBR(Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) This method increases the biomass and species of organisms in the reactor by adding a certain amount of suspended carriers, there by improving the treatment efficiency of the reactor. Due to the density of the filler being close to that of water, it is completely mixed with water during aeration, and the environment for microbial growth is gas, liquid, and solid three-phase. The collision and shear effects of the carrier in water make the air bubbles finer, increasing the utilization rate of oxygen. In addition, each carrier has different biological species both inside and outside, with some anaerobic or facultative bacteria growing inside and aerobic bacteria outside. This makes each carrier a micro reactor, allowing both nitrification and denitrification reactions to coexist, thereby improving the treatment efficiency.Detailed Photos TypeSJ45/30SJ65/30SJ65/33L/D30:130:133:1Output40-50kg/h50-80Kg/h80-100kg/hPower11kw22kw37kw Bio-Media Filters Production Line/MBBR Bio Filter Media Extrusion Line MBBR bio media can be used in both aerobic process and anaerobic process.MBBR is a cost-effective solution for existing activated sludge plants that need more advanced treatment. Because little or no additional tankage is required, it is an ideal solution for plants with limited space for expansion. It is also an excellent choice for space efficient, high performance new plant designs.Company Profile Packaging & Shipping
