Product Description Automatic Vertical Seam Welding Machine NAEC Automatic Vertical Seam Welding Machine is designed for Vertical Seam Welding of storage tank with top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top construction method. The machine adopts servo systems and closed loop control welding carriage to control welding gun's automatic stepping up speed to guarantee welding pool stability, thus to finish automatic welding of vertical welding seam of big tank, blast furnace or tower. The main characteristic is that water cooling copper sliding block forces single pass welding seam, which greatly improves the welding quality and welding efficiency and reduces operator's work intensity. Features:1. Suitable for both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom construction methods.2. Adopt sub-arc welding technology.3. Support customer to finish one tank body construction within one month by NAEC advanced solution.4. Automatic welding efficiency is 15-40 times of manual.5. First X-ray qualification rate: ≥99.5%.6.
