Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionSpecificationDOC oxidation catalysisDiesel Oxidation Catalyst(DOC): It is a structure coated with an oxidized noble metal catalyst coating on the surface of a honeycomb shaped ceramic carrier. It can oxidize most of the carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (CH), and most of the soluble organic matter (SOF) in particulate matter (PM) in tail gas. The conversion efficiency of DOC for CH and CO is about 80% -90%, and the reaction efficiency for SOF is about 30%. And the oxidation reaction process will generate a large amount of heat, providing the required reaction temperature for SCR reaction or passive regeneration of CDPF.CDPF Particle TrapDiesel Particulate Filter (DPF): It is currently considered the most effective and technologically mature device for reducing PM emissions. DPF utilizes inertial collision, interception, diffusion, and gravity settling mechanisms to filter PM out of exhaust gas. The capture efficiency of DPF for PM in exhaust gas can reach about 95%.As the PM capture process progresses, the porous wall will gradually be blocked by deposited particles, and the exhaust backpressure of the diesel engine will increase, leading to a deterioration of the working condition of the diesel engine. Therefore, it is necessary to use corresponding technical means to maintain the particle size captured in the DPF within the allowable limits for normal operation of the diesel engine. The regeneration of DPF is currently one of the biggest challenges in post-processing systems. According to the technical means of regeneration, the regeneration methods are divided into passive regeneration and active regeneration.Selective Catalytic ReductionSelective Catalytic Reduction Agent (SCR): SCR is a structure coated with a selective reduction catalyst coating on the surface of a honeycomb shaped ceramic carrier. The reducing agent (NH3) sprayed by the device system reacts rapidly with nitrogen oxides (NOX) in the exhaust gas under the action of catalyst coating, thereby reducing NOX emissions in the exhaust gas.
