Product DescriptionProduct OverviewThe VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) Sterile Pass-Through Chamber is equipment used for transferring materials from a lower-grade clean area to a higher-grade clean area while utilizing vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology to sterilize the materials. The VHP sterile pass-through chamber employs an internal vaporized hydrogen peroxide atomization system to rapidly convert liquid hydrogen peroxide into vapor and release it into the sealed chamber. It then sterilizes the items being transferred. After sterilization is complete, the equipment's automatic ventilation and residual removal system uses fresh air exchange to evacuate the residual hydrogen peroxide gas from the chamber until the concentration inside falls below the safe level.The sterilization pass-through chamber uses its internal vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization system to convert a 35% H2O2 solution (i.e., hydrogen peroxide) into vaporized hydrogen peroxide gas via a vaporizer. This gas is then introduced into the sealed chamber via piping to disinfect and sterilize the items. Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) has broad-spectrum microbicidal properties, proving highly effective against fungi, molds, viruses, Gram-positive/Gram-negative bacteria, and particularly against anaerobic spore-forming bacteria. After degradation, vaporized hydrogen peroxide decomposes into oxygen and water, making it harmless to personnel and the environment. Furthermore, sterilization using vaporized hydrogen peroxide offers short process times, good material compatibility, and ease of validation.
