Product Description LME-AJ Adjustable Linear Motion Ball BearingsThe adjustable type linear bearing can adjust the tightness between the shaft and bearing. It is specially designedwith an open gap on the outside diameter for clearance adjustment. When a standard type product is installedonto the shaft, inappropriate clearance will cause premature damage, failure, or unstable running to the linearmotion bushing. When the adjustable type product is installed into a bearing block that can control the outerdiameter, users can adjust the clearance according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the optimum workingcondition. For example, the clearance can be zero or even negative in accordance with specific conditions.This adjustable type linear bearing has three series, LM-AJ, LME-AJ, and LMB-AJ, which are respectivelycorresponding to the use of standards in Asia, Europe and the Americas. With rich sizes in each series,the product can meet the different demand of customers. The LM-AJ linear bearing with slot for clearance adjustment is metric in size. It is crafted according to Asian standard,so as to meet the demand for use in Asian machines. The product used for the shaft with a minimum nominaldiameter of 6mm has a length of 19mm, while the linear bearing with slot used for the shaft with a maximumnominal diameter of 150mm is 240mm in length.
