The main motor and the main transmission box are combined with a narrow V-belt drive and are combined with the speed adjustment of the main motor through a vertical shaft mechanism to achieve the required speed range for turning.The gearbox adopts a vertical shaft two-stage gearbox.The mechanical secondary speed change is controlled by an electromagnetic slide valve to control the oil circuit of the oil cylinder. In order to prevent the speed change cylinder from being depressurized, a pressure relay, an accumulator and a hydraulic lock mechanism are provided on the control oil line to ensure reliable speed change. All gears in the gearbox use quenching and grinding process, so that the spindle can obtain the corresponding speed. As well as high transmission accuracy and efficiency, and reduce transmission vibration and noise.3,Cross beamThe cross beam moves up and down on the left and right column guide rails. The cross beam is composed of a horizontal feed transmission mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a hydraulic device.The horizontal feed (X-axis) of the tool holder is driven by a Siemens AC servo motor to realize the horizontal feed and rapid movement of the tool holder.The crossbeam guide rail uses a sliding guide rail pair, and the crossbeam guide rail surface adopts a grinding process after medium frequency quenching.The crossbeam is equipped with four clamping points, using a combination of mechanical and hydraulic clamping. The cross beam is equipped with a stainless steel pull plate protective device to protect the guide rail and ball screw.A graded positioning cylinder is installed on the lower part of the beam outside the column and an independent hydraulic station is added.Steel nut parts are installed under the left and right lifting nuts. When the screw nut fails, the steel nut parts support the weight of the beam and play a safety protection role.4,WorktableThe entire part of the worktable is a thermally symmetrical structure. The worktable uses high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering in the radial direction, large-scale high-precision thrust roller bearings as rolling guides in the axial direction, and thrust ball bearings are preloaded in the axial direction to ensure the rotation accuracy of the worktable. It also improves the load-bearing capacity of the machine.The worktable transmission gear and all bearing lubricants are supplied to various parts through a precision oil cooler, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the transmission parts and effectively reducing the thermal deformation of the worktable.In order to reduce the impact of thermal deformation of the worktable on machining accuracy, a thermally symmetrical structure is adopted to achieve smaller thermal deformation of the worktable and the same thermal deformation in the left and right directions; ensuring long-term stable operation of the worktable.The base of the worktable is equipped with a spindle encoder to realize constant linear speed cutting function.There are four T-shaped slots on the work surface for installing chuck claws and other accessories. The chuck claws are of the external claw type.
