Product Description Our CNC drilling workshop is specialized in tube sheets. We have full series of drilling machines and inspection systems, including gantry double-axis drilling centers, CNC double-axis deep hole drilling machines, vertical lathes, and rocker arms drills, bench drills, sawing machines, CMM machines and roughness measuring instruments, etc.We have equipped with 27 sets of high-speed CNC drilling machines and 11 sets of ultra-high-precision deep-hole drilling machines to serve the machining of all kinds of tube sheets or baffles. Being one of the best machining factories in China, we also equipped with full series of world-class CNC machine tools, such as Germany Schiess double-gantry boring and milling machine (VMG6PS), Italy PAMA large boring mill, Japan Mitsubishi horizontal boring and milling machine, China WZ large vertical turning center etc. Openex has rich experience in manufacturing tube sheets with Q235, Q245R(20G), Q345(16Mn), Q345R(16MnR), L415MB(X60), SS 304/304L/316/316L, Nickel-Based Alloys, Titanium, Zirconium, etc.To ensure the highest quality standard, each tube sheet must go through multiple inspections before shipment.The inspections cover the hole diameter tolerance, hole roughness, burrs, sharp or rough edges and the position of the groove, etc. For double tube sheets, there is an additional detection for the concentricity of holes.We also have different types of CMM machines, our biggest Zeiss measuring machine can work on components up to 7000x4000x3000mm with an accuracy of 0.43μm.
