The cylinder converts oil pressure into mechanical force according to Pasca's law, driving the piston upward. Its synchronous coordination relies on a sophisticated wired control system. Each jack is connected to the master by cable, and the master receives the displacement and pressure data of the sensor. After comparing the standard value, the hydraulic oil of each jack is precisely controlled, so as to realize the synchronous lifting of the port container and improve the efficiency and safety of the operation.Working PrincipleThe work of the synchronous lifting jack begins with the operation of the power source - the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and transmits it to the hydraulic cylinder chamber of the jack. In a hydraulic cylinder, the pressure generated by the hydraulic oil pushes the piston up along the inner wall of the cylinder. This upward thrust is transmitted through the ejector rod to the weight to be lifted. In order to achieve the effect of synchronous promotion, it is equipped with an intelligent control system. The sensors in the system are distributed in the key parts of each jack and collect information such as position and speed at any time.
