Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionWorking PrincipleAfter the green body reaches the required strength for cutting during pre-curing, the conveying mechanism transfers the mold and green body to the tilting spreader station. The tilting spreader lifts the mold and green body, rotates them 90 degrees in mid-air, and places them onto the cutting trolley of the cutting machine. The tilting spreader then removes the mold, leaving the green body and side plates on the cutting trolley.The No. 1 cutting trolley first carries the green body through the horizontal cutting station and cross-cutting machine station for six-sided cutting. At the horizontal cutting station, the green body undergoes lateral and horizontal cutting on four sides. After horizontal cutting is completed, the No. 1 cutting trolley carrying the green body stops at the cross-cutting machine station. The lifting mechanism on the cross-cutting machine elevates the green body, and the cross-cutting machine performs vertical cutting.After the green body is lifted, the No. 1 cutting trolley returns to its initial position to await cutting of the next mold. Simultaneously, the No. 2 cutting trolley moves to the cross-cutting machine station. Once vertical cutting is completed, the lifting mechanism lowers the green body onto the No. 2 cutting trolley. The No. 2 cutting trolley then transports the green body to the tilting bottom waste removal station. This completes the cutting process for one green body.Product Advantages1. Finished product quality is unaffected by mold release agents.3. High Cutting Efficiency: Cutting time per mold is ≤2.5 seconds, maintaining both dimensional accuracy and surface finish.4. High Cutting Yield Rate: Yield rate exceeds 99.5%, with no edge chipping or corner breakage.5. Safety Alarm System (Optional): The wire tensioning cylinders feature an automatic alarm function.
