Auger1) Welded by wear resistant electrode, this auger could be reusable; Spraying wear-resistant metal materials (the hardness is 7 times of normal one), which ensure a long service life of auger. 2) High chromium casting material with High wear resistance feature, It has a long service life for producing 24 million bricks. 2. Gear reducer It is adopted the high-quality alloy steel materials which is manufactured with carburizing, quenching, grinding process, Level-6 grade precision, the hardness is up to HRC54~62 with feature of high loading capacity and long service life. 3. ShaftIt is adopted the Chinese top quality shaft material: 40Cr or marketing code 45, all the material with heat treatment ,which has advantages of good wear resistance, large transmission torque and long service life. 4.
