Roller number will be two roll,three roll, four roll ,five roll.Features for the rubber (or PVC) calender:Hollow Roll : quantity can be 2,3,4 or 5 according to the technical of products.We can design drilled roll for you. and mirror polishing the surface.The roll material is Cast iron alloy (LTG-H), after quenching and precision processing, hardness HS:76.Main bearing : Dual-listed Tiaoxin spherical roller bearingsBase of machine : is made by cast iron (FC30),after quenching,highest intension and precision, with lubrication hole.seal-capping of base is made by aluminum ,no oil leakage in and outside.Reducer: Airtight leaching oil type,hardened gear reducer, Almost no noise,safty . Precision is six grade.Lubrication pump: power is 0.37 KW,by Oil automatic circle.
