Following this, medium-temperature wax is injected into the mold to create an accurate wax model. The wax model is then carefully refined and assembled into a wax mold tree. High-temperature liquid and sand materials are meticulously applied to the wax model, which is then allowed to air-dry. The model is subsequently heated to melt away the internal wax, unveiling a cavity that perfectly matches the final product's design. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and once the steel has cooled and cured, the outer shell is removed. A shot blasting process is initiated post-shell treatment, revealing the product prototype in its raw form. The products are then precisely cut from the group and subjected to detailed post-processing, including internal mechanical manipulation, all performed in accordance with customer specifications. During the sample development phase, we always design the most optimal packaging solution tailored for each part.
