Product Description The V5 vertical machining center is developed in deep cooperation with Japan's SKTD Corporation, specifically designed to meet the processing needs of aerospace structural parts and precision molds. It features a compact structure and stable performance.The machine tool adopts a cross-slide structure, with the X and Y axes using patented feed shaft protection technology to ensure quiet and stable high-speed operation of the transmission system in a fully enclosed environment. The machine occupies a small footprint and is easy to operate. The Z axis uses a highly stable spindle box structure combined with six-slider heavy-duty roller guides to significantly improve the rigidity and stability of the machine. Each axis has a high feed acceleration, and the overall dynamic performance of the machine is excellent. It is especially suitable for efficient processing of aluminum alloy die-cast structural parts, aerospace aluminum, space aluminum, and precision molds. 1.1 Major Key ComponentsThe main key components of the machine tool, including the bed, saddle, worktable, column, and spindle box, are all made of high-strength gray cast iron, providing good rigidity and vibration absorption.All major key components are rough and semi-finished machined by our company's CNC gantry machining centers and CNC boring and milling machining centers, and the final finishing process is completed in a constant temperature workshop by the multifunctional gantry five-face machining center (HF-5M) from New Japan Machinery, imported from Japan, to ensure the machining accuracy of the major key components, thereby guaranteeing the geometric accuracy and dynamic and static precision of the machine tool.1.2 Main Motion SystemThe main motion system of the machine tool adopts a structure where the main motor is directly connected to the spindle, as detailed below:The spindle unit is the core component of the machine tool, using a high-precision spindle unit, BBT40 specification, with a main motor power of 11/18.5 kW, a maximum spindle speed of 12,000 rpm, and torque of 52.5/118 N·m.1.3 Feed motion systemThe machine tool has three linear feed axes.
