After molding, we refine the wax mold's appearance using specialized tools. This refined wax mold is then assembled into a wax mold tree, coated with high-temperature liquid and sand, and air-dried. The wax inside the sand shell is melted away through heating, forming a cavity that perfectly matches the casting product's requirements. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and upon cooling and solidification, the shell is removed. The product then undergoes shot blasting, revealing the prototype, followed by cutting and any additional processing as per customer specifications using advanced mechanical equipment.During the sample development phase, we design the most suitable packaging for each part, taking into account the structure of the part, the quantity per lot, and specific customer requirements.1.
