Product Description High Effiency Wood Pallet Shredder Plastic Lumps Recycling Machine Single Shaft ShredderProduct DescriptionProduct IntroductionThis series is suitable for crushing high hardness, high toughness, strong winding, lightweight solid metal materials, such as aluminum products, injection molding templates, plastic products, machine head materials, rubber head materials, plastic film, nylon materials, waste clothing, tires, wood, etc. The whole machine has stable crushing performance, smooth operation, low noise, high torque, high output, no blockage, adjustable discharge size, and easy operation.Working PrincipleThe material enters the shredder through the hopper, and the hydraulic pusher pushes the material towards the cutter roller under the drive of the hydraulic station. The cutter roller is driven by a power system consisting of a motor, a belt, a pulley, and a reducer. The blades adopt a spiral cutting principle to shred the material. The moving blade is fixed to the tungsten carbide cutter roller seat by bolts, and each blade has 4 cutting surfaces. After wear, it can rotate and continue to be used. The gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt. When the equipment is running, the material is shredded by the interaction between the moving blade and the fixed blade, ensuring the uniformity of cutting. The PLC program automatic control system can automatically start and stop, overload automatic reverse control function, reduce the impact load of the spindle, and the shredded material particles are discharged through the sieve.
