The machine adopts integral casting special-bed and high-frequency quenching hard-rail.The spindle is driven by worm gear, and the servo motor is directly connected to the worm to achieve high-precision and accurate indexing. The guide-rails of X and Z axis are arranged horizontally.One, four or eight cutters can be clamped on the flying cutter-disc for simultaneous milling.The milling head adopts a special protective device to prevent iron chips from flying out.
