The drying room temperature and humidity, in and out of the air volume are in proportion to the automatic control, to achieve uniform and stable control of temperature and humidity in the drying room.Totally closed intelligent drying system adopts temperature and humidity adjustment, zoning and segmentation drying mode, including constant temperature and humidity fixed strip drying, warming and drying, main drying and cooling and slow-suppression drying in four stages, each drying room and the said hot air centralized processing system correspondingly connected to the new air entering the drying room for filtration, heating and humidification, and through the proportional adjustment valve to accurately control and regulate the temperature, humidity and wind speed of the inlet pipeline hot air, and the return duct and exhaust pipeline synergistically cooperate to achieve the hot air circulation in the drying room to ensure the uniformity and stability of the drying environmental parameters. Through the proportional adjustment valve, the temperature, humidity and wind speed of the hot air of the inlet pipe are precisely controlled and regulated, and the hot air of the return air pipe and the exhaust air pipe are coordinated to achieve the circulation of the hot air in the drying room to ensure the uniformity and stability of the parameters of the drying environment and to improve the quality of products.2. The space and temperature and humidity control of each drying room are relatively independent, without interference.Totally enclosed intelligent drying system adopts closed drying space, and each drying area is equipped with a set of temperature and humidity regulating device, uniform air distribution device, strong mixing system and intelligent control system. The four drying rooms are independent of each other, avoiding the influence of external weather and seasonal changes on the drying environment, and the indoor positive and negative pressure is adjustable, with no dust and low bacteria. The air supply and exhaust device are located in the said hot air centralized processing system, placed outside the drying room, connected with the internal air ducts of the drying room through the air supply and exhaust ducts to realize the delivery and discharge of the hot air, and the staff do not need to enter the drying room for control and maintenance to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the drying process.3. Innovative Hot Air Centralized Treatment SystemCompared with the existing workshop drying system, the totally enclosed intelligent drying system has an original hot air treatment system. Fresh air filter, preheater, waste heat recovery heat exchanger, air supply and exhaust device are all set in the hot air treatment system unit. The hot air treatment system filters and preheats the hot air heat exchanger of the fresh air entering the unit, and then sends it into the drying room through the air supply fan. The hot air in the drying room is returned to the unit through the exhaust duct, and the heat is recycled through the heat recovery heat exchanger and discharged to the outdoor by the external exhaust duct to complete the circulation of the hot air. The air inlet and outlet are precisely controlled by proportional control valve to ensure the uniform and stable environment inside the drying room, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of heat, and save energy and reduce consumption.4.
