The specially designed screw structure ensures uniform plasticization and high production output.PVC extrusion die heads are manufactured from high-quality alloy steel, with internal flow channels treated with chrome plating and high-polish finishing for wear resistance and corrosion resistance. When used with dedicated sizing sleeves, they enable fast production speeds and excellent surface quality of the finished products.The PVC pipe-specific cutting machine features a rotating clamping device, accommodating different pipe diameters and eliminating the need for frequent tool changes. It is equipped with a new adjustable floating chamfering mechanism, allowing the chamfer size to be adjusted according to pipe diameter and wall thickness, achieving cutting and chamfering in one step.
