The machine layout is right feeding and left discharging.The mechanical structure of the machine is of high-rigidity design, and the symmetrically arranged shafting support is the basic guarantee. The application of active measurement technology makes the machining process under full tracking and control. Besides, the rounding device makes the geometry of the work piece in the rolling process good.The hydraulic system consists of pump station and proportional control system. The pump station integrates imported constant pressure variable pump (main rotary pump) and directional valve, pressure reducing valve, speed regulating valve, overflow valve, one-way valve, pressure sensor, as well as other auxiliary components and oil tank. The proportional control system is composed of a highly reliable proportional speed valve and a proportional controller. The hydraulic system is cooled by water.The electronic control system is composed of a controller and the power supply. The controller is formed by MITSUBICHI's PLC controller and its extended module, and the touch screen panel.
