Product Description The diesel engine of small drilling machine is equipped with electric start, which is convenient to start and reduces the labor intensity of the operator. The drilling rig adopts hydraulic working principle and is equipped with radiator, so the drilling rig can work continuously and efficiently. The drilling machine is equipped with high-power hydraulic motor, and the power head can be forward and reverse. The drill frame is equipped with hydraulic oil cylinder, and the oil pressure can be raised and lowered through the operating handle. The drilling machine is equipped with water pump, which has reasonable structure, compact layout and good slag discharge effect. The drilling rig is equipped with traction bar and wheel walking mechanism, which makes it easier to move. Equipped with wire support legs for leveling of drilling rig.Operation mode of small drilling machine:1. Site selection: select the well location and wellhead location, and dig the wellhead with a shovel with a depth of 30-50cm and a diameter of 10-30cm. Move the installed rack above the wellhead for alignment. Generally, the soil surface at the wellhead shall be solid and dense, and there shall be no bricks, gravel and firewood overhead below, so as to avoid water seepage, collapse, subsidence and other phenomena during the drilling operation, resulting in hidden dangers.2. Dig a reservoir: dig a reservoir with a diameter of more than 1.5 square meters and a depth of one meter about four meters away from the wellhead (or set the distance according to the actual terrain and the length of the water pipe), hang the pressure water pump horizontally in the reservoir with a wooden rod (it is appropriate to cover the water pump with the horizontal plane), and connect the other end of the water pump pipe with the water on the top of the drilling machine.3. Start up: fasten the drill bit with the drill pipe, raise the head of the main control machine, and the other person cooperates to connect the section of drill pipe with the drill bit. The main control machine lowers the head slowly, and the other person cooperates with the hand to hold the drill pipe. Slowly put the drill bit through the base hole into the drilling hole, vertically straighten it, start the drill and water pump, and the drill pipe will be driven into the ground when it rotates. Remember: the drill bit rotates clockwise when running down the hole. Do not reverse it, so as not to cause the drill pipe to fall out of joint.4. Replace the drill pipe: after the drill pipe is driven in, the cooperative person closes the safety buckle and inserts the rod unloading card. The master controller turns on the reverse gear and rotates the drill pipe counterclockwise. The lifting head is separated from the drill pipe. The machine head, the cooperative person takes another drill pipe, manually rotates the top screw to connect the machine head, and the lower joint is butted. The master controller turns on the machine and rotates clockwise to tighten the drill pipe, open the safety card and remove the rod unloading card, Start up and rotate clockwise to continue tripping. In this way, repeat the above actions repeatedly. Find the ideal water bearing geological sand layer according to the desired depth.5. Drill pipe unloading: after drilling down to the aquifer with ideal depth, record the depth of water bearing sand layer, stop the drilling rig, and only open the water pump water pressure flushing and scouring well. When there is no sediment flooding underground, the drill pipe can be unloaded., Close the drill pipe and insert the safety rod. Secondly, install the rod unloader on the machine head, fasten it, lower the machine head, align the rod unloader with the drill pipe on the base into the groove, rotate the buckle, stop when the lower joint of the drill pipe rises above the safety card of the machine base, close the safety buckle, insert the rod unloader card, reverse it, the drill pipe will be automatically unloaded, and cooperate with people to remove it.
