Core definition: A dry powder tower production line is a fully automated production system that transports raw materials (such as cement, fly ash, sand, additives, etc.) through lifting equipment to the top of the production line's raw material warehouse. Then, relying on gravity, the materials are sequentially measured, mixed, packaged, and other processes from top to bottom, ultimately forming finished products.2. Working principle (top-down process): Its workflow perfectly utilizes gravity, reduces horizontal conveying links, has high efficiency and low energy consumption.Working principleE1. Raw material storage and feeding (tower top):·Various raw materials (especially bulk aggregates such as sand) are first dried (if the humidity does not meet the standard) and screened.·Use a bucket elevator or pneumatic conveying system to vertically lift the raw materials into a large steel raw material bin at the top of the production line. Each warehouse stores one type of raw material.2. Ingredients and Measurement (in the middle of the tower):·The bottom of the raw material warehouse is equipped with feeding devices (such as screw conveyors and electro-hydraulic gates).·The materials are accurately fed into the measuring scale (usually a hopper) below through the feeding device according to the computer formula instructions for weighing. This process is fully automated computer-controlled with extremely high precision.3. Mixing and stirring (middle and lower part of the tower):·All measured raw materials are fed into a gravity free mixer or plow blade mixer located below the measuring scale.·The mixer mixes the materials quickly and efficiently in a very short period of time (usually a few minutes) to form a finished dry powder mortar.4.
