Characteristics:≡ A robot is used in the area for galvanizing operation; with efficient and stable operation and guaranteed quality, it alsoeliminates the unsafe factors in the high-temperature operating environment.≡ The movable galvanizing platform is convenient for slag cleaning, on-site cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Meanwhile, it also integrates a three-station turntable, centrifugal equipment, and the galvanizing smoke collection hood to achieve the goal of high efficiency and low consumption.≡ By applying the technologies of informatization and digitalization, the production line can automatically accomplish the data collection for product information, location information, zinc consumption and equipment operating parameters, etc., thus realizing labour-of-machine operation to ensure safety and minimize production costs. ≡ With the online centrifugal technology, which completes zinc basket grabbing, centrifugal and direct excess zinc collection to reduce oxidation rate and quick reuse of excess zinc.
