The cost reduction and efficiency increase will be achieved through advanced equipment and technology, and the cement enterprises in Bangladesh and other South Asian countries will be assisted to achieve energy saving, carbon reduction and green development. Rolling MachineDescription of Rolling Machine:Our rolling machine is a kind of new-type cement grinding equipment developed on the basis of advanced technology, and its grinding system has integrated the rolling, scattering, separating, drying and powder separating into one body. Besides, when used together with a ball mill, it can be used in various process flows, like pre-grinding, mixing, semi-finished grinding, finished grinding, and more.Due to the change in its grinding principles, this rolling machine and its grinding system have more advantages, like 50-100% lower power consumption, and 100-300% higher productivity.Features of Rolling Machine:1. Heat overlaying weld has been employed to make the maintenance of wear-resisting layer more convenient. Meanwhile, the amount of microcracks is largely reduced, and the service life of roller surfaces is no less than 8000h. It is quite easy to maintain the roller surfaces.2. Aeronautic hydraulic technique is used to make the hydraulic system more reliable and stable.3. PFG120-50 rolling machine and Φ3.2m×13m cement mill are used in clinker ginding. Φ3.2m×13m ginding machine and high-efficiency powder separator are used in slag grinding.This plant features are high quality, high productivity and low consumption.Process Flow Design of 1,000,000Tons/Year Cement Grinding Plant:1. Designing of Clinker Grinding Production LineAfter gypsum, clinker and limestone are measured by the belt weigher, they will be mixed together in accordance with particular proportions, and then sent to the stable weighing warehouse. During this process, magnetic metals are removed by the iron remover from these materials. Then mixed materials will be sent into the rolling machine to be crushed. After crushed, they will be sent to the powder separator, in which coarse powder will be sent back to the griding mill while the fine one will be sent to the elevator for finished products. Finally, they will be sent to finished product storage. Meanwhile, dusty gas from the grinding mill will be purified by the environmental protection equipment before discharged into the atmosphere.2. Design of Slag Grinding Production LineGypsum, dry slag and pulverized coal are measured by the belt weigher before mixed together according to particular proportions. Mixed materials will be sent to the mill for grinding, and during this process, iron remover is employed to remove magnetic metals in these materials. After grinded, fine powder will be sent to high-efficeint powder separator, while coarse powder will be sent back to the grinding mill. Finished cement will be collected by the air tank pulse bag filter, while the fine powder will be sent to the storage for finished products through an elevator. Dusty gases from the mill will be used as the first gas to enter into the powder concentrator, which is followed by fresh air. Finally, dusty gas will be purified by the air tank pulse bag filter before discharged into the atmosphere.3. Design of Mixing Fine Slag and Powder ClinkerBesides the fineness of powder clinker and fine slag in the grinding production line, accurate measuring and even mixing also need to be paid much attention to. ZSF-500A/440 Speed control cabinet for rotary kiln DC motor Environmental Protection EquipmentOur environmental protection equipment is typically designed to separate solid granules from air or liquid in metallurgy industry, electricity field, chemical industry, building material sector, etc.It is mainly comprised of dust hopper, filtration chamber, air cleaning room, holder, lift valve, dust cleaning device.The workflow of this environmental protection equipment is as follows: Dusty gas enters into the dust hopper through the air duct, and then large-particle dust is left at the bottom of the hopper while the small-particle dust is brought by the air flow to the filtration chamber where granules remain on the outside surface of the filtration bags and the purified air enters into the bags. Finally, purified air is discharged by the exhaust outlet via bag mouths and cleaning room. Performance Features of Environmental Protection Equipment:1. High dust collecting efficiency: the dust concentration of purified air is no more than 50mg/Nm3, and its dust collecting efficiency is more than 99.9%.2. High automation degree: automatic microcomputer control technology has been employed for cleaning dust in chambers, automatically unloading and discharging dust.3. Advanced technology: developed on the basis of dust collection technology in America and Germany, our environmental protection equipment is capable of reverse blowing in different chambers and pulse injection blowing. The reverse blowing helps to avoid insufficient kinetic energy, and the pulse injection blowing is able to prevent the filtering and dust cleaning from simultaneously proceeding, as a result of which this machine has high adaptability as well as high dust collecting efficiency.4. High operating efficiency: its maintenance can be made without need to stop the machine, which is quite easy and convenient. If working with the main motor, the environmental protection equipment can have a 100% operating efficiency.5. Long service life: high-quality pulse valve have been applied to ensure its high-efficiency and stable performance. When matched with quality needle felt filter materials, the filter bags can have an average working life of two years.6. Strong applicability: it can be used to deal with dusty air with an inlet concentration as high as 1300mg/Nm3. Besides used individually as dust collecting device for air purification, it is also can work together with high-efficient powder classifier and vertical grinder. When fitted with needle felt or other special filter materials, this environmental protection equipment can be used to handle a wide range of dusts. When designed with antistatic filter materials, it is capable of high-concentration coal dust.7. It is capable of handling large air volume, and has the advantages of good dust removing capacity, high dust collecting efficiency, reliable operation, easy and convenient maintenance, small size, and so on. The general introduction of the technology used in the slag powder/steel slag powder production line with annual capacitThe storage and transport of the wet slag/steel slag: the wet slag/steel slag is transported to factory by truck and storage hall through discharge hopper and belt conveyor. Re-taken away by the forklift, the material is conveyed to slag/steel slag vertical mill directly via belt conveyor after weighed by constant feeder. To remove iron, an electric magnetic iron remover device is installed on belt conveyor.The grinding and storage of the slag/steel slag: the wet slag/steel slag is transported to the inlet of vertical roller mill by belt conveyor after measured the weight by constant feeder. After dried and ground, the slag powder/steel slag power/steel slag power is conveyed to silos by aerated conveying though and elevator after collected by pulse-jet bag dust collector. The discharged waste slag will be re-fed to the vertical roller mill again via belt conveyor and bucket elevator. An electric magnetic iron remover is installed on waste slag belt conveyor for iron removal. The emission concentration of the air box pulse bag type dust collector is less than 20mg/Nm3. The heat source, used for grinding and drying, is provided by the coal fired hot air furnace that set in front of the vertical roller mill.Jiangsu Pengfei Group is equipped with advanced technology and can meet the requirements of 1 million tons mineral powder production line.We can also provide sets of equipment and technical service.
