The glazing room is located at the front of the machine and has a semi-open shape. The dust-collecting room is located at the back of the machine with a partition in the middle Separate. The glazing cabinet is composed of a water tank, a water circulation system, water supply pipes, a sink, a deflector, and a water curtain board. The induced draft system is located on the top of the rear cabinet of the machine and consists of two sets of induced draft fans and fan supports. Working principleThe operator does the glazing work on the green bodies in the cabinet, due to the suction force generated by the induced draft fan, the dust mist floating in the dust blowing chamber is wafted with the air to the rear dust suction chamber. The water in the water tank of the dust collection room flows evenly down the deflector and the water curtain plate through the water circulation system, the water distribution pipe and the water tank, forming 4 water curtains to perform multiple baths on the air flowing into the dust removal room to get rid off them and wash them into water tank. The air after bathing passes through the air outlet on the top of the dust removal room, and is sucked by the induced draft fan and discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through the exhaust duct.
